The People and Organisation Development team's (POD) mission is to fuel Grab's success by creating an environment where our people can do their best work. We engineer Grab's organizational health. As coaches, strategists, and designers, we create transformations in Grab's culture, processes, and performance that directly contribute to the company and our people's success.
Get to Know the Role
- Diagnose and Strategise: You will turn complex organizational needs into clear L&I strategies. Using data to identify the highest-impact problems to solve, you will define a clear roadmap that delivers intended outcomes.
- Architect Holistic Solutions: You will design interventions that go beyond traditional training. You'll explore diverse levers—such as behavioral nudges, workflow improvements, and system changes—to ensure new capabilities actually stick in the flow of work.
- Lead implementation: You will take full ownership of your plans from concept to completion. This includes managing external vendors and partnering with colleagues to secure support and ensure your solutions are adopted
Qualifications
Skills You Need Essential
- Problem Solving with Heart: Expertise in turning complexity and imperfect data into clear strategy independently. You have demonstrated capabilities in identifying root-causes and defining your own roadmap to create scalable impact.
- Adaptive Execution: Concrete evidence of building programs from scratch. You prioritize quick testing and MVPs over perfection to learn fast and iterate.
- Innovation Leadership: A history of solving challenges through non-traditional levers. You look beyond training to design new habits, workflows, or tech-enabled tools that create behavior change.
- Collaborative Engagement: Expertise in securing high-stakes support across complex regional structures. You turn your strategies into shared goals by influencing teams and leaders through clear, data-backed logic.
