Job Description
BeVera Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Researcher to support a federal public health contract with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). This role provides quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform strategic communications, digital product development, audience engagement efforts, and performance evaluation. The Senior Researcher will assess trends, conduct research, and develop data-driven recommendations to support planning, reporting, and continuous improvement of contract deliverables.
NOTE: Position Contingent upon award of contract. This role is part of a pre-award candidate search for an upcoming federal government contract.
Requirements
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to support strategic communications, outreach initiatives, and product development.
- Perform requirements analysis, concept development, data analysis, and reporting to inform contract activities.
- Develop technical assessments and provide data-driven recommendations to management.
- Analyze digital engagement metrics, social media performance, and website analytics to inform optimization strategies.
- Support formative research efforts that guide development of videos, graphics, print materials, and digital content.
- Identify and synthesize relevant technical literature and public health research in designated program areas.
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend project control solutions for planning, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and performance summaries for client review.
- Present findings to internal leadership and client stakeholders as required.
- Organize project and task workloads within budget and schedule guidelines.
- Support integration of program management tools to ensure accurate tracking of deliverables and outcomes.
Educational and Experience Qualifications
The following qualifications are the minimum requirements for successful performance under the anticipated contract.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of six (6) years of professional experience in research, analysis, or evaluation.
- Demonstrated experience conducting both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Experience translating research findings into actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with performance measurement, digital analytics, and reporting tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple research tasks within budget and schedule constraints.
