Requirements

of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in the State of Illinois
• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care facility preferred
• Dementia training huge plus
• Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults
