Clinical Scope

Our practices are built for doctors who want to do advanced dentistry every day:

Full-arch fixed rehabilitation (All-on-X / All-on-4)

Implant overdentures

Single implant placement and restoration

Bone and soft-tissue grafting

Our model includes:

In-house lab technicians

Dental assistant–driven restorative workflows

A heavily surgical procedure mix designed for efficiency and outcomes

Compensation & Equity

First 6 months: $200,000 annualized base or 25% of adjusted production with the ability

to earn over $700,000 annually.

After 6 months: 25% of adjusted production with no lab fees

This is not a short-term production role. It’s a long-term ownership and leadership opportunity.
