We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to align HR initiatives with business goals and drive organizational success across multiple locations.


In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, aligning HR strategy with business objectives while driving employee engagement, performance, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.


This position offers a flexible hybrid work schedule, providing a balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.



What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned locations, functions, and lines of business
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to leaders to strengthen culture, engagement, and retention
  • Advise and coach managers on performance management, employee relations, and leadership development
  • Ensure consistent and compliant interpretation and application of HR policies and employment laws
  • Support organizational change initiatives and business growth efforts
  • Partner on enterprise-wide programs including performance cycles, compensation planning, and workforce development
  • Lead complex employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
  • Leverage HR metrics and workforce analytics to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions
  • Support organizational change, growth initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Enhance the overall employee experience through proactive, forward-thinking HR practices
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR effectiveness and the overall employee experience
  • Perform other duties as assigned 

Requirements

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) strongly preferred 
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist or business partner capacity supporting multi-site operations
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Experience leveraging HR metrics and analytics to support strategic business objectives 
  • Strong conflict resolution, coaching, and leadership advisory skills
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion

Your Schedule and The Fine Print

  • Hybrid work setting (office + remote flexibility)
  • Moderate travel (up to 35%) to support business locations
  • Flexibility to occasionally work beyond standard business hours to meet operational and organizational needs.
