What You’ll Do

• Receive daily parts shipments and verify accuracy against invoices and packing slips 
• Inspect incoming parts for damage and proper documentation
• Accurately stock parts in designated warehouse locations
• Process returns, cores, and warranty parts according to manufacturer guidelines
• Prepare outbound shipments and coordinate with carriers
• Maintain organized shelving and warehouse layout
• Support technicians and counter staff with timely parts delivery
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy processes
• Operate forklifts or warehouse equipment as needed (training provided if required)

What It Takes

• Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or parts department experience preferred
• Automotive parts experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Basic computer skills for inventory systems
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Reliable attendance and team-first mindset
