AutoCamp is seeking a Food & Beverage/Retail Lead to support the food, beverage, and retail processes. The Food & Beverage/ Retail Lead will act as a daily shift leader to support the AutoCamp retail and food and beverage processes. They will help to create an exceptional guest experience and will partner with the Guest Experience Team and Operations Lead. They are also responsible for monitoring the inventory of supplies, cleanliness standards, and proper food handling. This position will respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Applicants must be flexible as this position requires days/evenings/Holidays/ weekend work, and may require overtime. Must be legally able to serve alcohol.

Requirements
Essential Functions
- Greet and welcome guests by speaking in a warm, friendly, and courteous manner.
- Provide service for all the food and beverage programs in an efficient and friendly manner, and per Autocamp’s policies.
- Maintain complete knowledge of and strictly adhere to state liquor regulations, particularly in prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and drunk driving.
- Provide delivery of guest-requested items.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, assigned stations, service areas, and store rooms.
- Clean as you go after each use.
- Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items (including daily specials), prices, preparation method/time, major ingredients, and quality standards of taste, appearance, texture, serving temperature, portion size, garnish, and method of presentation.
- Assist the Operations Lead with receiving deliveries and properly storing them.
- Assist with POS management, including updating inventory upon receipt of deliveries.
- Properly label & date according to comply with applicable state and federal regulations.
- Regularly restocking the store and the back of the house.
- Assist Operations Lead with monthly inventory: must be available on the 1st of every month.
- Maintain liquor controls, helping measure the profitability of each liquor bottle and draft.
- Recognize and address potential intoxicated or disruptive guests.
- Resolve guest complaints and assist with inquiries that relate to Autocamp’s services, events, directions, local attractions, etc.
- Perform end-of-shift duties in POS, and ensure all transactions have been accounted for. Report all tips.
- Ability to handle obstacles positively and professionally, and to effectively communicate these problems, along with suggested solutions, to Leadership.
- Special projects as assigned.
- Support guests with registration and accommodation assignments, helping with special requests when needed.
- Guide guests with check-ins/check-outs in an efficient and friendly manner, and in accordance to Autocamp’s policies.
- Support and assist in executing Banquet & Catering Events as needed.
- Perform any other duties as requested by the Manager.

Competencies
- A passion for the great outdoors.
- Ability and comfort in working with cloud-based applications; knowledge of Google Suite products preferred.

- Limited Supervisory Responsibility
- This job operates in a professional environment. This role is hands-on and routinely uses kitchen equipment, as well as standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
