Luxe Brands (https://luxebrandsllc.co) seeking a Regional Director (Head of Stores) to lead all aspects of store performance, field leadership, and operational execution across our growing multistate, multi-brand retail footprint. As a key member of the Leadership Team, the Regional Director is responsible for ensuring that every store delivers exceptional client experiences, consistently meets or exceeds KPIs, and operates in alignment with company core values. The ideal candidate is a proactive, people centric operator who can coach leaders to high accountability, build scalable programs, and ensure operational consistency during rapid expansion.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end store performance outcomes across all brands: revenue, conversion, AOV, client experience, vacancy rate, time-to-fill, and talent development & retention.
- Lead, coach, and develop field leadership (Luxe Redux District Managers and La Jeune Mariee & Ohio Bridal Outlet leadership), ensuring strong performance management, accountability, and growth.
- Build and implement scalable programs and operating models, while partnering with executive leadership to shape store strategy and standards that enable consistent execution as the business scales.
- Drive disciplined execution of productivity standards and expense control to support profitable growth.
- Leverage data and performance insights to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and drive corrective action across stores at scale.
- In partnership with Human Resources, oversee recruiting, hiring, and staff readiness for New Store Openings (NSOs).
- Ensure store teams consistently uphold Luxe Brands’ culture, leadership standards, and client experience.
- Partner cross functionally to design and deliver effective training, development, and succession pathways.
Critical Deliverables in First 2 Years
- Establish and embed clear accountability standards for all field leaders, resulting in consistent performance management and decision making across markets.
- Strengthen enterprise training and coaching frameworks to elevate DM, SM, and Stylist capability and store level execution.
- Design, implement, and reinforce scalable store level and district level operating models that support growth and consistency.
- Improve vacancy rates and bench strength by building a sustainable leadership pipeline with ready now-now successors for key field roles.
- Increase internal promotion rates while maintaining high performance and cultural standards.
- Elevate employee engagement, cultural alignment, and consistency of the client experience across all locations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years progressive field leadership experience with at least 2 years of
- Regional Director experience for a multi-unit retailer.
- Experience leading District Managers and geographically dispersed teams in retail or high touch specialty environments.
- Prior bridal, luxury, or specialty retail experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of store operations, KPIs, performance management, and client experience.
- Prior experience building processes, programs, and scalable operating models.
- Proficient in core communication and change management tools.
- Flexibility to travel up to 50%.
