Our National Scholarship Programme is designed to identify, support, and develop emerging talent from the very first stage of their journey through to meaningful employment. We are seeking a highly organised and passionate National Scholarship Coordinator to lead the end-to-end delivery of this programme and ensure every scholar receives a structured, supported and engaging pathway into the workforce.

This is a national role reporting to the National Talent Acquisition Manager, focused on building a sustainable and high-quality talent pipeline aligned to operational workforce needs.

About the Role

You will take ownership of the full Scholarship Programme lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience from attraction through to completion and transition into employment.

This is a fast-paced and high-impact role where you will:

  • Manage the end-to-end coordination of the National Scholarship Programme

  • Oversee structured intakes, milestone check-ins, completions and transition-to-employment processes

  • Deliver a consistent, engaging and supportive experience for all scholarship participants

  • Work closely with internal teams and training providers to ensure smooth candidate progression

  • Monitor programme performance, including participation, conversion and retention outcomes

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across processes and candidate experience

  • Act as the central point of contact for scholars and internal stakeholders throughout the programme lifecycle

You will play a critical role in ensuring scholars are supported, engaged and successfully transitioned into operational roles across the business.

About you

You are highly organised, proactive and thrive in fast-paced, coordination-heavy environments. You bring a strong “can-do” attitude and take ownership of your work, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

This is not a passive, inbox-only role. You are confident picking up the phone, following up and driving outcomes when things stall. You are comfortable engaging with people and keeping momentum across multiple moving parts.

You will bring:

  • Experience in a high-volume administrative, coordination or customer-facing role

  • Confidence communicating with a wide range of people, including picking up the phone to resolve issues quickly

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines and priorities

  • High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes

  • Confidence using systems and managing data (experience with HR/ATS systems is a bonus, not essential)

  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues, follow through and get things done
