Irrigation Service Technician

Description

Piscataqua Landscaping & Tree Service is seeking a full-time Irrigation Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain lawn irrigation systems for residential and commercial properties. Irrigation technicians will be working with team of skilled individuals as they perform system repairs and services with minimal supervision to existing and new accounts. Our techs love to work outside, problem solve, and are always learning!

We are looking for candidates that have strong customer service skills, excellent organization, and a minimum of 2 years experience.

Requirements

• CIT and Back Flow Tester Certified
• Ability to trouble shoot electrical issues and pressure issues
• Ability to complete irrigation start ups and winterizations
• Knowledge of landscape lighting, water scheduling and rain sensors
• Ability to complete tasks and stay on schedule
• Ability to navigate software to track clock in and work ticket times accurately
• Keeps detailed reports of service visits on paper and in software
• Maintains an accurate log of inventory used at each property
• Keeps truck stocked efficiently and clean.
• Creates and updates work sheets and maps on new and existing properties
• Must have an insurable driving records with the ability to obtain a DOT Med Card

Additional Duties:

• Attend classes to further education in related field
• Neat appearance with company uniform
• Snow / Ice removal responsibilities in winter months
• Additional duties as assigned
