Get Fired Up! Ignite Medical St. Mary's is launching Ignite University! Next Class Starts April 7, 2026

Have you ever thought about getting your CNA Certification? Now you can! Ignite University is our new 6-week complete program from start to finish, and it's funded by Ignite. See below for some of the details:

  • What: Ignite University – CNA Certification Program
  • Where: Ignite Medical Resort St. Mary’s - 111 NE Mock Avenue, Blue Springs, MO 64014
  • Hours: Monday & Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Duration: 6 weeks

The cost of this program will be covered by Ignite, in exchange for a 1-year employment agreement that begins once class is over, and you become certified. Here is what you receive:

  • 75 hours lecture (unpaid)
  • 100 clinical hours
  • Clinical Supervision
  • BLS Certification
  • CNA Certification Testing

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Case by case basis exceptions with written letter from applicant and 2 letters of recommendation.
  • Must have reliable transportation and childcare.
  • Must complete application process, which consists of:

  • Urine drug screen
  • TB test
  • Submit 2 letters of recommendation.
