About the Role
Description
We’re seeking a School Director to lead academic excellence, school culture, and daily operations. This role is responsible for driving student achievement, supporting staff development, and building a strong, mission-driven school community.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day school operations, including academics, staff, culture, and safety
- Drive student achievement through data-driven instruction and accountability
- Build a positive, structured, and high-performing school environment
- Coach, develop, and evaluate teachers and staff
- Implement effective student support and behavior management systems
- Manage school budget, reporting, and compliance requirements
- Oversee student enrollment, admissions, and retention efforts
- Partner with parents, staff, and community stakeholders
- Hire, train, and lead a collaborative, mission-driven team
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of school leadership experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Track record of improving student outcomes
- Experience coaching and developing educators
- Passion for working with diverse student populations
- Proficiency with data and technology
- Master’s degree in Educational Leadership preferred (not required)
- Experience in alternative education or grant-funded programs is a plus
