Janitor - Full Time 2nd Shift $20 to $23

Description

Janitor Responsibilities:

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and sanitize all restrooms, daily.
• Clean glass and mirrors in all locations.
• Clean conference room, table, floors, and empty trash.
• Stock bathroom products in all restrooms, as needed daily.
• Clean counters, tables, and stock kitchen area with supplies.
• Clean refrigerators and microwaves, as needed.
• Collect and dispose of trash in the front office, kitchen area, and in all departments, daily.
• Order cleaning and kitchen supplies, as needed.
• Assist in any deep cleaning processes in all departments  and cleanrooms, as needed.
• Notify supervisors or managers of any major repairs.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.

Requirements

Janitor Requirements:

· Ability to manage your time efficiently.

· Work well when supervisors are not present.

· Time management and organizational skills

· Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.

· Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.

· Able to use basic cleaning equipment, as needed.

· Ability to follow a daily clearing schedule. 

Travel:

Automobile is required.   

A Valid Driver’s License is required.

Travel is expected between buildings.

Required Education and Experience:

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

·

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Must have good organizational skills.

· Able to work independently. 

· Attention to details.

· Basic computer skills

This position is 2nd shift, 3:30 pm to 12:00 am
