Locations: South Bay, LA & Long Beach, CA
Pay: $22.00/hour + $350 Monthly Auto Allowance + Tiered Commission ($200–$300 per lease)
Earning Potential: Strong performers earn $80k–$85k+ annually
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday

We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused, fully bilingual (Spanish/English) Leasing Specialist to join our team across South Bay, Inglewood, and Long Beach.
Important: This role requires full professional fluency in Spanish and English.
You will regularly assist Spanish-speaking residents and prospects, so if you are not fluent in Spanish, please do not apply.

Job Functions:
• Welcome and assist prospective residents via phone, email, and in person
• Conduct engaging property tours and highlight key property features
• Prepare, review, and process applications and lease documents
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity in Yardi (or similar systems)
• Meet and consistently exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets
• Support marketing efforts for current and upcoming vacancies
• Partner with on-site teams to ensure smooth move-ins and resident satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish and English (Required: must be able to communicate professionally in both languages)
- Experience in leasing or sales (preferred)
- Strong communication, follow-up, and customer service skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with Yardi (preferred but not required)
Commission Structure (Resets Monthly)
- 1–5 leases: $200 per lease
- 6–10 leases: $250 per lease
- 11+ leases: $300 per lease
High performers who consistently hit higher tiers can significantly increase their annual earnings.
