 Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

  • Neighborhood Canvassing: Work directly in designated local neighborhoods to identify potential customers and generate leads for window and door replacement projects.
  • Appointment Setting: The primary goal is to set "demos"—scheduling in-home consultations for the sales team.
  • Building Rapport: Utilize "conversational agility" to instantly connect with homeowners, adapting your communication style to fit different personalities and situations.
  • Educating Homeowners: Explain the value of Renewal by Andersen products and the "Signature Service" experience.
  • Setting Expectations: Clearly explain what the homeowner can expect during the upcoming in-home consultation to ensure high-quality appointments.
  • Active Teamwork: Function as part of a "unified team" that values a "no drama" environment.
  • Digital Communication: actively share successes, updates, and "wins" with colleagues via Microsoft Teams.
  • Continuous Training: Participate in ongoing training sessions, including role-playing exercises to refine sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Outdoor Work: Perform duties outdoors in various weather conditions (rain, sun, heat, cold).
  • Physical Stamina: Handle repetitive motions (likely walking/knocking) throughout the shift.
  • Lifting: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (likely related to setting up marketing displays or moving equipment).


 Requirements (What You Bring to the Team)

  • 3–6 months of canvassing experience
  • Valid driver’s license + insurable driving record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel throughout your territory
  • Strong organizational skills
  • A drive to set goals — and crush them
  • A coachable mindset and eagerness to grow
  • Confident, clear communication skills
  • Comfort working outdoors
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
