About the Role

Description

Seeking a Field Manager to join our team. Qualified candidates should have experience working with fast paced general contractors, have experience with flooring products, strong communication skills, and the ability to problem solve. We are looking for an ambitious, organized candidate who can demonstrate the skills necessary to execute and excel in the following areas. 

Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Maintaining positive relationships with contractor’s supervisors, installers, suppliers, architects, and other employees.
  • Scheduling material delivery, quality control, punch-out and managing key relationships.
  • Walking job-sites daily to ensure project is on schedule and that the workmanship meets plans, specifications and Arlun’s (an ADG Company) standards of quality.
  • Must fully understand safety policies and uphold quality and industry standard requirements.
  • Must supervise installers, and always promote job site safety, encouraging safe work practices and rectifying job site hazards immediately.
  • Be able to provide field measurements for verifications along with occasional estimates. 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws.  Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

  • Supervise Installers

  • High School diploma or equivalent 
  • Experience with flooring products a plus.
  • Residential new construction experience with national home builders a plus.
  • Experienced in managing multiple projects.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proficient with iPad and iPhone.
