A Project Manager at CT is responsible for leading the successful delivery of projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and quality standards. This role plays a critical part in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, budgets, and risks, and maintaining clear and effective communication with all stakeholders. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, the Project Manager will also drive process enhancements and ensure best practices are applied throughout the project lifecycle.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and coordinate a project team delivering data-focused initiatives across the business.
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables for data and analytics projects.
- Develop project plans including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the delivery of data projects such as reporting, data integrations, dashboards, and analytics initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, technical specialists, and business stakeholders.
- Run regular project meetings, track tasks, and ensure progress against milestones and deliverables.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies where required.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project communications, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure data project deliverables meet quality, governance, and security standards.
- Facilitate project closure including handover of data assets, documentation, and post-project reviews.
- Identify opportunities to improve how data projects are planned and delivered across the organisation.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, IT, Data, Business, or a related field (desirable).
- Experience leading or coordinating technical or data-related projects.
- Understanding of data environments including reporting, dashboards, data pipelines, or analytics platforms.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams such as analysts, engineers, and technical specialists.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Proven ability to follow up, remove blockers, and drive projects through to completion.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex project requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical work into clear updates for stakeholders.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
