IT Operations Engineer (Remote, IN)

This is a remote role that you can do from anywhere in India.</p><h3>About the role</h3><p>This role is responsible for executing and owning specific internal IT operations and projects, with a strong focus on device management (Intune, Autopilot, Addigy) and Google Workspace projects.</p><h3>On a typical day as an IT Operations Engineer, you will:</h3><ul><li>Execute internal IT projects related to provisioning, configuration, security, and off-boarding</li><li>Manage and maintain endpoint management systems such as Intune, Addigy and Autopilot</li><li>Configure, administer, and support Google Workspace environments for projects and features involving users, groups, policies, security, data management, etc.</li><li>Support internal teams through a structured ticketing system, resolving issues efficiently and documenting outcomes</li><li>Maintain high standards of IT security, reliability, and operational quality across systems</li><li>Improve IT processes, tooling, and documentation</li></ul><h3>Desired profile</h3><ul><li>At least 3 years of experience as an IT Operations Engineer, IT Systems Engineer, or similar role</li><li>Experience working in-house in a 200 to 1,000 person organization&nbsp;</li><li>Experience successfully completing IT projects at various levels of technical complexity</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with:<ul><li>Required: Intune, Autopilot, Addigy, Google Workspace</li><li>Nice to have: CrowdStrike, Freshdesk</li></ul></li><li>Comfortable executing IT projects end-to-end, not just handling ad-hoc support tickets</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow and improve documented processes</li><li>Excellent English communication skills and good at explaining IT processes clearly to a non-technical audience.</li><li>Proactive and results-oriented.</li></ul><h3>Perks</h3><ul><li>Unlimited remote work</li><li>Fun and rewarding environment with skill and career progression</li><li>32 paid days off</li><li>Birthday gifts :)</li></ul><h3>Growing at F6S</h3><p>F6S empowers each team member to reach their potential with ongoing training, increased responsibility, and opportunities for promotion into new or existing F6S teams.
