Stellenbeschreibung

  • Als Teil des Teams wirkst du aktiv bei der Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung von Projekten mit.
  • Du übernimmst außerdem eigenständig Verantwortung für Projekt-Streams und Teilprojekte und treibst diese zielgerichtet voran.
  • Für unsere Stakeholder erstellst du prägnante Entscheidungsvorlagen und überzeugende Präsentationen und unterstütztst zudem bei administrativen Aufgaben.
  • Mithilfe fundierter Projektdatenanalysen identifizierst du entscheidende Verbesserungspotenziale und trägst so aktiv zu unserer kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung bei.
  • Du bringst dich engagiert in die Entwicklung und Implementierung neuer Prozesse und Methoden im Projektmanagement ein.
  • Darüber hinaus hast du die Möglichkeit, dich in spannende Themenfelder wie interne Kommunikation und Organisationsentwicklung einzubringen.

Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung: Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Projektmanagement oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrungen und Know-how: sicher im Umgang mit MS Office; erste Kenntnisse über Projektmanagement-Methoden und -Tools wie Jira oder PowerBI von Vorteil; hohe Affinität zu Generative AI
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: dich zeichnet eine zuverlässige, strukturierte und selbstständige Vorgehensweise sowie eine klare und offene Kommunikation aus; du denkst analytisch, kannst dich schnell in komplexe Sachverhalte einarbeiten und findest Freude daran, proaktiv mit kreativen Ideen innovative Lösungswege zu entwickeln; du arbeitest gern in einem dynamischen Team
  • Arbeitsalltag: wir ermöglichen dir teilweise mobiles Arbeiten, entweder von unserem Standort Reutlingen aus oder in einem Co-Working Space in Stuttgart
  • Begeisterung: für neue Projekte; du bist motiviert, dich durch den Einsatz moderner Methoden und digitaler Tools sowohl persönlich als auch inhaltlich stetig weiterzubilden
  • Sprachen: verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
