Our stores are used to meet a wide variety of needs including Uniform Programs, Awards & Recognition, Safety Programs, Anniversary Gifts, Marketing Material Management, and more. Our proprietary company store platform gives clients the ability to control their brand integrity, manage promotional expenditures, track and update budgets and prevent the unauthorized purchase of promotional items or materials. 3. Custom Imprint Programs: We support all aspects of a private label program from choosing the best imprint method, defining imprint areas, warehousing inventory, processing & printing all orders and shipping to any location. Decoration methods we offer include Silkscreening, Cylindrical Screen Printing, Pad Printing, Embroidery, Laser Engraving, Debossing, Direct-to-Garment, Wide-Format and Full-Color Digital Printing.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION


The Production Associate plays a key role in supporting daily manufacturing operations to ensure products are produced safely, accurately, and on schedule. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, consistency, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Production Associates are cross-trained across various functions and are expected to learn multiple tasks, maintain productivity standards, and contribute to a positive and safety-focused work environment.


PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Successfully complete on-site training and demonstrate proficiency in assigned production tasks.

• Perform hands-on production work including assembly, machine operation support, material handling, packaging, and other manufacturing-related tasks as assigned.

• Follow all written procedures, work instructions, and verbal directions.

• Perform routine quality checks on products and components to ensure adherence to company standards.

• Maintain productivity levels while upholding quality expectations.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.

• Adhere to all safety policies and promptly report any hazards or concerns.

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

• Support cross-departmental production needs to maintain workflow efficiency and reduce downtime.



Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB

Education: 

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience: 

• Prior manufacturing or general production experience is preferred; however, we will train individuals who demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic.

TeamWorld is hiring Production Associates to support our manufacturing operations in Binghamton and Conklin. This is a hands-on, fast-paced production role ideal for dependable individuals who take pride in quality work.
$16 - $19 per hour, based on experience and skill level
