Position Summary:

Are you ready to keep things moving behind the scenes? Join the growing Kleen-Rite Team as a Warehouse Associate where you’ll play a key role in accurately picking items and packing orders to keep our customers happy and our operations running smoothly! In this role, you'll help make sure the right products get to our customers on time and support the success of our entire team.

Compensation: Starting at $16 per hour

Shift Schedule: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM. Ability to start at 8:30 AM for planned overtime as business needs dictate.

Your Impact:

• Pick parts quickly and accurately from bins for customer orders.
• Pack orders securely, label boxes using computers and software, and prepare them for shipment.
• Meet productivity standards set by the department supervisor and the Distribution Center Manager.
• Follow all warehouse procedures, including safety and maintenance rules.
• Use handheld scanners, computers, and other tools to complete daily tasks.
• Help keep our warehouse organized, clean, and efficient.
• Other duties, as assigned.

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

• Prior warehouse experience is preferred. 
• A team player who demonstrates our company values in all aspects of their work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new technology and follow safety procedures.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 50 lbs.) on a daily basis, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Punctual individual with good communication skills.
• Must be able to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen and background check.
