About the Role

Relocation: Assistance available

Description: Oversees the operations of the entire automotive service department and is responsible for controlling costs, building loyal clientele and ensures customer satisfaction, maintaining good employee relations, setting and obtaining sales and profit objectives and maintaining service records

Your Purpose as an Automotive Service Manager:

  •  Lead and coordinate daily service operations by delegating tasks, monitoring project progress, and guiding team members to achieve departmental objectives and sales goals.
  • Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain strong relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Monitor departmental trends and customer feedback to identify recurring issues and implement solutions that improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Support and perform key administrative functions, including managing and updating invoices,processing new orders, and tracking inventory.
  • Audit completed work and guest service interactions to ensure company standards for quality, efficiency, and productivity are consistently met.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with manufacturers, dealers, and sales representatives to support operational success and business growth
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
  • Audi experience preferred
  • Previous Service Manager experience preferred
