Summary of Duties:

Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision. Interact professionally with other team members, customers, and suppliers. Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments. Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other team members and organizations. Maintain strict privileged, proprietary, guest, and employer confidentiality during and beyond the term of my employment. Adhere to all work rules, policies & procedures, and safety standards.

Position Purpose:

To provide support to the Bartender as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Responsible to follow all alcohol sale and distribution policies, ordinances, and regulations. 
• Restock bar area with inventory of all bar supplies, and alcohol. 
• Prepare garnishes. 
• Remove empty bottles, wash bar glasses, and keep bar area clean and sanitized. 
• Perform necessary deep cleaning of bar area. 
• Comply with ABLE Commission rules, and alcohol sale & distribution procedures. 
• Monitor the behaviors and actions of guests consuming alcohol and observe for signs of intoxication. 
• Report concerns of intoxicated guests to the Bartender on duty. 
• Maintain all health and safety standards. 
• Obtain and maintain a liquor license. 
• Comply with bar tip reporting procedures and Title 31 requirements. 
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old. 
• Requires Food Handler’s Permit.

Licensing:

• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Gaming License.
• Requires Oklahoma Liquor License.

Work Requirements:

Requires problem solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. Position involves prolonged walking, stooping, or bending, lifting, or carrying up to 50 pounds daily. Work is performed in a casino environment with varying levels of lighting, air quality, noise, and / or temperature.
