Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Delivery Automation & Acceleration Engineer to improve and industrialize how Kyriba delivers its platform to customers. The role focuses on automation, process optimization, delivery standardization, and implementation accelerators to enable both Kyriba Professional Services and partner teams to deploy faster, with greater consistency and lower manual effort.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation Industrialization & Process Improvement
- Map and document the end-to-end Kyriba implementation lifecycle across modules and regions.
- Identify manual, repetitive, or error-prone steps across configuration, migration, testing, and go-live phases.
- Design standardized implementation playbooks and repeatable deployment frameworks.
- Develop reusable assets such as configuration templates, migration scripts, and standardized workflows.
- Define automation checkpoints integrated with delivery tools such as Rocketlane.
Automation & AI Delivery
- Design and deploy automation solutions to eliminate manual implementation tasks.
- Develop AI-assisted tools to support consultants during implementations (intelligent checklists, troubleshooting assistants, validation tools).
- Build internal automation frameworks that improve consultant productivity.
- Evaluate and onboard relevant automation and AI technologies.
- Maintain and improve automation tools as Kyriba products and processes evolve.
Implementation Acceleration
- Design and maintain module-specific implementation accelerators.
- Build reusable deployment kits including configuration packs, templates, and testing scripts.
- Package accelerators for both internal consultants and partner teams.
- Continuously improve accelerators based on project feedback.
Partner Delivery Enablement
- Develop implementation accelerators and automation tools that can be used by both Kyriba consultants and partner implementation teams
- Package automation capabilities into partner-ready implementation kits and playbooks
- Support the Partner Deployment team in improving partner delivery quality and consistency
- Ensure automation tools are accessible and usable across Kyriba’s global partner ecosystem
Delivery Performance Analytics
- Build dashboards and analytics to monitor delivery performance metrics such as:
- Time-to-go-live
- Implementation phase duration
- Rework rates
- Automation adoption across projects
- Identify systemic delivery bottlenecks and recommend improvements
- Provide periodic insights to PS leadership on delivery efficiency and automation impact
Product Collaboration
- Identify product enhancements that reduce implementation effort.
- Provide structured feedback to Product teams.
- Collaborate on implementation-ready product features.
- Contribute to the broader delivery transformation roadmap with data and insights
Continuous Improvement
- Maintain a prioritized backlog of automation and process improvement opportunities
- Gather feedback from consultants, project managers, and partners on delivery challenges
- Share progress, learnings, and results across the Professional Services organization
- Support leadership with recommendations to improve delivery scalability and efficiency
Qualifications
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- 6–10 years of experience in process improvement, automation engineering, or SaaS implementation environments.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience deploying AI or LLM-based tools in business environments.
- Strong analytical and process redesign skills.
- Ability to collaborate with consultants and technical teams.
- Self-starter capable of delivering measurable improvements.
Nice to Have:
Experience working within professional services or implementation organizations.
- Exposure to treasury, ERP, or financial software.
- Familiarity with project tools such as Jira, Rocketlane, or Asana.
- Lean or Six Sigma process improvement certifications.
- Experience building AI-assisted tools for operational teams.
