Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités en Intelligence Artificielle et Data, nous recherchons un AI Engineer Senior pour intervenir auprès de nos clients grands comptes sur des projets à forte valeur ajoutée.

Description du poste

En tant que Tech Lead IA, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

  • Concevoir et piloter le développement de solutions d’intelligence artificielle et de machine learning

  • Définir les architectures techniques des solutions IA

  • Encadrer et accompagner une équipe de Data Scientists et AI Engineers

  • Participer au développement et à l’industrialisation des modèles IA

  • Mettre en place des bonnes pratiques MLOps et industrialisation des modèles

  • Assurer la qualité, la performance et la scalabilité des solutions développées

  • Collaborer avec les équipes Data Engineering, IT et métiers

  • Assurer une veille technologique sur les avancées en intelligence artificielle

Qualifications

  • Diplôme d’ingénieur ou Master en informatique, data science, mathématiques appliquées ou domaine équivalent

  • Minimum 7 ans d’expérience en IA / machine learning

  • Expérience significative dans le pilotage technique de projets IA

  • Excellente maîtrise de Python

  • Expérience avec des frameworks TensorFlow, PyTorch ou Scikit-learn

  • Bonne connaissance des environnements cloud (AWS, Azure ou GCP)

  • Expérience en industrialisation de modèles et MLOps

  • Capacité à encadrer une équipe technique

  • Maîtrise de l’anglais obligatoire

 

Compétences appréciées

  • Expérience sur des projets LLM, NLP ou Computer Vision

  • Connaissances en Data Engineering

  • Expérience avec Docker, Kubernetes

  • Expérience dans un environnement Agile / Scrum
