About the Role

Description

We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our dedicated team in a physician-practice setting at our Medical Center clinic. This is a great opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment. Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule with no night shifts.. Essential Functions :


Patient-Centered Care

  • Promote optimal functioning of the individual/family throughout the disease experience.
  • Integrate physiological and psychosocial components into care using the nursing process.
  • Perform thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Educate patients and families to support informed decision-making and self-care.

Clinical Practice

  • Deliver evidence-based oncology nursing interventions.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate and ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accountability for the quality and consistency of patient care.
  • Document nursing care accurately and in a timely manner.

Professional Development

  • Participate in continuing education programs and maintain current knowledge in oncology nursing.
  • Pursue opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Research & Compliance

  • Comply with institutional and clinical research protocols as applicable.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical standards and best practices in oncology care.

Administrative Support

  • Perform indirect nursing activities and administrative tasks that contribute to efficient clinic operations and quality patient care.

Requirements:

  • Oncology Nursing experience
  • Managing side effects of cancer and cancer treatments
  • Good IV skills
  • OCN preferred
  • Computer literate
  • Bilingual - A+ but not mandatory
