Job Description

You will play a key role in supporting the National Account Team in managing and growing Glovo Italy’s top-tier partners. Your mission is to assist in building strong, long-lasting relationships with our most strategic accounts, supporting their performance growth and operational excellence. This is a 360-degree role where you will dive deep into data analysis, strategic presentations, and business development initiatives, working side-by-side with senior National Account Managers (NAMs).
 This position is based in Milan and does not require travelling.

  • Support the team in growing the business by working closely with food national accounts partners
  • Analyze key metrics to enhance growth, efficiency, and profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners POCs
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Commercial, Marketing, Operations) to drive local success
  • Be proactive, get involved, and make things happen with a doer attitude
     

Qualifications

  • Student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong interest in the delivery, e-commerce, and operations industry
  • Analytical skills and knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
  • Problem-solving mindset, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and a good command of English
  • A proactive and ownership-driven attitude—you don’t wait for things to happen, you make them happen!
