About the Role

Description

San Diego Mission Bay Resort is a sprawling 357-room resort, boasting multiple dining options, a beautiful renovated pool, a kids pool, astonishing Bay views, fire pits and so much more. We are excited to welcome a Resort Experience Attendant to our Mission Bay Family.


As Resort Experience Attendant, We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Resort Experience Attendant to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing resort activities and ensuring guests have a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience.  


Requirements

YOU: 

To be successful in this position we are seeking a friendly, attentive and service-oriented Resort Experience Attendant to help create a relaxing enjoyable poolside experience for our guest.  Customer service forward. Whether it’s providing assistance, setting up activities, or maintaining a welcoming environment, you will play a key role in creating positive experiences for everyone.

  • Should have a positive attitude, professional demeanor and ready to provide a unique experience for guest.
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Hospitality experience preferred
  • Must be able to stand on your feet for 4, 6, or 8 hour shifts
  • Must be able to stand in the sun for extended periods of time
  • Must be a problem solver
  • This is a Spring-Summer seasonal position. 
  • Full availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday & Holidays is required.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain pool towels, monitor pool cleanliness, conduct rounds of the pool to assist guest
  • Required to make rounds around the property and perform checks on the pickle ball court, and tennis courts. 
  • Assist will set up and facilitate guest activities and crafts and assist guest through the experience
  • Maintain cabanas/daybeds.
