Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy is a multidisciplinary outpatient private practice. We are a growing and fast-paced campus that offers Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy services in a traditional clinical setting, as well as on our ranch, with the incorporation of the horse as part of a comprehensive evidence-based plan (hippotherapy.

This is a part-time, fully on-site position, that offers 20 hours per week. Evenings will be required.


Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 an hour, dependent on experience


Essential Functions

  • Own and lead the social media strategy for Leaps & Bounds, with full accountability for growth and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Capture, edit, and post content that aligns with our brand and campaigns.
  • Set and track monthly growth benchmarks for each platform, reporting progress and strategic recommendations to the Marketing Manager.
  • Manage all Leaps & Bounds social media accounts with a consistent, mission-aligned brand voice that reflects the organization's standing as a leader in pediatric therapy.
  • Create and execute a social media content calendar with a minimum of 2 to 3 months of preplanned content and captions.
  • Determine ideal post formats (post, story, video, photo, graphic, etc.) and strategic timing to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Stay current on platform algorithm changes, emerging trends, and content best practices, bringing forward timely recommendations for how Leaps can capitalize on them.
  • Actively engage with followers, referral partners, and community accounts to build relationships and expand organic reach.
  • Collaborate across the marketing department on campaigns, events, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Serve as an internal and external representative of the Leaps & Bounds marketing department.
  • Identify opportunities to grow Leaps' visibility in the community and with new referral sources.
  • Engage with stakeholders including community partners, referral sources, Leaps families, and Leaps staff to support marketing objectives and drive revenue-based activities.
  • Support Leaps events on an occasional weekend or evening basis, with advance notice.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Proficiency Required In:

Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro), Instagram Reels/TikTok editing tools, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive). Experience with Mailchimp, Classy, and Meta Business Suite is a plus.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or 2 to 3 years of experience in a social media or marketing role.
  • Demonstrated track record of growing social media audiences and improving engagement metrics, with examples or a portfolio required.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn growth strategies, including organic and paid approaches.
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking and writing preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience capturing photos and video content in a professional or organizational setting.
  • Proficiency in Lightroom for photo editing.
  • Experience in video editing and reel creation.
  • Must be local to the Inland Empire or Riverside County area; this is an on-site position with no remote work option.
  • Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule within part-time hours.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to bend, squat, and stoop on a consistent basis.
  • Ability to lift, lower, push, carry, or pull up to 50 to 100 pounds.
