WDO Inspector (Termite Inspector)

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced, licensed WDO Inspector who takes pride in protecting customers' most valuable asset — their home. You'll conduct thorough Wood Destroying Organism inspections, deliver expert recommendations, and generate bids that reflect both quality and value.
This is a role for someone who is equal parts technical expert and trusted advisor. You know your stuff in the field, and you know how to communicate it clearly to customers and crews alike.
What You'll Do
- Perform WDO inspections and complete reports in compliance with the Structural Pest Control Board Act
- Set clear, accurate customer expectations around the report process, treatment plans, and service timelines
- Generate competitive, profitable bids and follow up to close
- Answer customer and crew questions — before, during, and after treatment
- Conduct supplemental inspections and support ongoing contract fulfillment
- Support company marketing initiatives and contribute to team sales goals
- Maintain assigned company equipment and uphold all safety standards

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Active Branch 3 Field Representative license
- 3+ years of licensed Branch 3 experience
- Clean, insurable driving record
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Self-starter with solid time-management and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work with power and manual tools
- Familiarity with termite and pest control chemicals and equipment
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Experience in home building or remodeling a plus

- Able to drive 15-45 minutes at a time

- Working in various types of weather (Hot and Cold)

- Must use and maintain the safety equipment including bump cap, gloves, goggles, respirators, eye washers and first aid kits
- Ability to wear a respirator for long periods of time
