Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential talent on college campuses to build a pipeline for client recruitment needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with career services and faculty at universities to enhance outreach efforts.
- Organize and participate in campus recruitment events, job fairs, and information sessions to promote Sizanid Staffing and client opportunities.
- Conduct interviews and assessments of candidates to evaluate their skills and fit for available positions in marketing and advertising.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to create compelling job postings and promotional materials for outreach on campus.
- Utilize AI tools and recruitment technologies to streamline the selection process and improve candidate experience.
- Provide feedback to candidates about their applications and interview performances, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or campus outreach, preferably within the marketing and advertising industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to build relationships and network effectively within academic environments.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
