Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team and assist with day-to-day operations
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and maintain marketing reports, presentations, and documents
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
  • Assist in organizing marketing events, campaigns, and promotional activities
  • Maintain an organized filing system for marketing materials and project documents
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met effectively
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with marketing concepts and principles is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
