Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound communication from Spanish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Provide comprehensive information about our services and assist with inquiries and bookings to ensure client satisfaction.
- Expertly handle customer concerns, resolving any issues effectively and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Document client interactions and update records in the CRM system accurately.
- Foster strong relationships with clients by delivering personalized service and demonstrating product knowledge.
- Collaborate with teams to identify improvements in processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or related roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with full relocation support provided.
