Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound communication from Spanish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide comprehensive information about our services and assist with inquiries and bookings to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Expertly handle customer concerns, resolving any issues effectively and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Document client interactions and update records in the CRM system accurately.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients by delivering personalized service and demonstrating product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify improvements in processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or related roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
