Description
The line/ prep cook will be responsible for preparing meals and following recipes. This position requires prepping items in between making meals for customers. Primarily in the evening. Saturdays are required. This person is a closer, so responsibilities include closing the kitchen.
Requirements
Essential Job Functions
· Arrive to work in a timely manner and be ready for the shift on time
· Efficiently follow provided recipes to the specifications of the manager
· Read incoming tickets during service and fulfill the orders in a timely manner.
· Professionally communicate with customers during service and fulfill the orders in a timely manner.
· Keep track of inventory levels and communicate with the Manager to ensure timely restocking.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the kitchen.
· Uphold quality standards in food preparation and presentation.
· Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Required Qualifications
· Capability to lift and carry weights up to 50 lbs,
· Possession of reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for shifts, reflecting commitment and dependability.

· Ensure high-quality standards in production processes and final products, implementing and maintaining quality control measures.
