Job Overview

The Reserve at Lake Keowee is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety across our amenities. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities reflect the excellence and service expectations of The Reserve at Lake Keowee.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high cleaning standards across all amenities.
• Restock restrooms, sweep and mop floors, clean glass, dust, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces.
• Wash, dry, and store linens and towels.
• Clean and disinfect equipment at the end of each shift.
• Work professionally and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ensure that all areas, including hidden spaces, are free from dust and dirt.

Schedule

• Available to work 5 days per week between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM (Monday–Sunday).
• Must be available for events, which may require shifts until 9:00 PM.
• full-time (40hrs per week)-Part-time/seasonal position (20 to 30 hrs per week)

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in commercial or residential cleaning.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, climb, and bend for extended periods.
• Experience in a club or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced, professional, and team-focused atmosphere.
• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and cleaning chemicals.
• May encounter extreme heat during some shifts.

• Must adhere to company policies and standards.
