Job Overview
As a Pool Server, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional outdoor dining experience for our members and guests. You will be responsible for managing your service station, communicating with both front and back of house staff, and ensuring prompt, courteous service that consistently exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service by coordinating your entire service station and working closely with hosts, kitchen staff, and bartenders.
• Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all menu items are properly presented before serving.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience; respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Clean and reset vacated tables quickly and thoroughly.
• Complete all assigned opening, closing, and daily/weekly checklists.
• Communicate table status and guest feedback with management as needed.
• Assist kitchen staff with light prep duties when required.

Core Competencies

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Professional appearance, including a clean and properly ironed uniform and name tag.
• Ability to pass all required food and beverage tests.
• Flexibility to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and special events such as weddings.
• Team-oriented attitude and commitment to excellence.

Work Environment

• Outdoor poolside setting, occasionally exposed to varying weather conditions.
• Fast-paced, friendly, and professional atmosphere.
• Daily exposure to cleaning chemicals and kitchen environments.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move quickly for up to 6 hours at a time.
• Must be able to bend, kneel, and lift trays.
• Must be able to lift and move furniture.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required—training provided.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must have dependable transportation.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Additional Information

• This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.
• No travel is required.
