On your day to day

You’ll be our first GTM Engineer, building the bridge between data, automation, and GTM excellence. Your day will include designing and deploying AI-powered agents, connecting multiple tools like HubSpot, Snowflake, and Gong, and turning fragmented data into automated insights, workflows, and sales intelligence. You’ll create real impact by enabling our reps to move faster, engage smarter, and retain more customers, with the help of scalable tech and smart automation.

Requirements

What Will Make You Stand Out?

• 4+ years in Business Operations
• Hands-on experience integrating tools like HubSpot, Snowflake, Gong, and GenAI platforms (Curser, Claude, OpenAI, Gemini,n8n).
• Ability to scope and deploy AI agents (e.g., research bots, churn predictors, onboarding copilots).
• Strong technical proficiency.
• Strategic mindset with ability to translate GTM processes into clear, automated systems.
• Ability to lead AI initiatives and projects within GTM operations
