Residential Experience Coordinator

The Merchant Building is a transformational project that rises 32 stories into the Downtown skyline. This vertical neighborhood of nearly 700,000 Square feet will be unlike anything else in the city, bringing the best of the development teams' deep national experience home to Columbus, Ohio. The Hotel is a 206-room, luxury hotel offering an approachable luxury experience amidst a storied and layered design. The space will provide rejuvenation within the vertical neighborhood of The Merchant Building, offering premium services, immediate connection to community interests, and a plethora of thoughtfully curated experiences.
The ideal candidate is organized, polished, and detail-oriented, with a natural ability to support the team, anticipate needs, and build trust. This position plays a meaningful role in supporting building awareness, prospect engagement, and administration of building relationships. The Experience Coordinator ensures a refined, white-glove prospect experience contributing to a culture relentlessly pursuing excellence and high standards.
Requested Tasks:
- Support leadership of the Residential and Club team
- Manage CRM and event platforms to track leads, RSVPs, attendance, and guest engagement, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings, private tours, events, and receptions with precision
- Confirm details with internal teams and external guests to ensure a seamless experience
- Anticipate scheduling changes and proactively resolve conflicts
- Coordinate event logistics, including timelines, vendor communication, and on-site support as needed
- Represent The Merchant Building with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Support the delivery of a refined, personalized, luxurious experience for all guests and partners
- Demonstrate agility and adaptability by embracing evolving processes, contributing to the development of new systems, and maintaining effectiveness in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Requested Capabilities:
- Experience supporting leadership teams in a fast-paced, high-expectation, evolving environment
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars, event coordination, and competing priorities with precision
- Proficiency of event management tools and CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-facing demeanor
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented
- Experience in client facing, hospitality-centered environments
