What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services.In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves tasks such as campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. The goal is to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing technologies. It is essential for ensuring that marketing strategies are implemented smoothly and deliver measurable results.Consists of management tasks and decisions surrounding the ingestion, annotation, cataloguing, storage, retrieval and distribution of digital assets
What are we looking for? Responsible for uploading and managing assets with standard Taxonomy (correct metadata tagging) and correct Digital rights management in Digital Asset Management system making it available for reuse.? Subject matter expert in key concepts, process flows and defined scope of librarian tasks.? Suggest workarounds and highlight anomalies when faced with technical challenges in the tool? Work effectively with team members and requestors, understand the requirements and provide appropriate solutions? Assist users in concerns around the upload process.? Take initiatives to learn new skills• Graduate required.• Minimum 1 year of experience in upload and download of digital assets, content management, ensuring quality of content and meeting the minimum requirements of content standards as set by the client• Basic knowledge of Pharma industry and marketing operations• Experience in working on DAM platform (Digital Asset Management)• MSOffice - Able to effectively use MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills• Experience participating in a collaborative team environment• Highly organized, detail oriented, and results focused• Demonstrate ability to think strategically
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines• Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor• You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments• The decisions that you make would impact your own work• You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
