Description:
- Welcome residents and their families, providing information about the community and answering any questions they may have.
- Assist residents with their daily needs such as scheduling appointments, coordinating transportation, and making reservations.
- Keep the front desk area organized and well-maintained
- Receive and direct all incoming calls and visitors.
- Maintain knowledge of the community and its services to effectively communicate with residents and their families.
- Build strong relationships with residents and their families to provide personalized service.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure that the community is a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for all residents.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
