About the Role

Michael Caines, one of Britain's most celebrated and best known Chef's opened the luxury country retreat Lympstone Manor in Devon in Spring 2017, gaining a Michelin star just six months after. The former private home has been transformed into a 27 bedroom hotel featuring contemporary interiors.  Spring 2022 saw the opening of the latest addition to Lympstone Manor, our fabulous Pool House Restaurant & Bar.  The pool house offers informal and relaxed dining inside or alfresco.  The menu celebrates locally sourced ingredients offering something for all and driven by quality.  

Job Description

Lympstone Manor a stunning venue in Devon is looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to work in its Michelin starred kitchen. Michael Caines is looking for someone who is keen to learn and progress. As Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section, working closely with the senior kitchen team to deliver consistently high-quality dishes using outstanding local produce. This is a hands-on role for a chef who takes pride in their craft, values teamwork, and wants to keep learning. A Minimum 2 years experience cooking food from scratch in restaurants is essential.
