Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam Airport is a modern four-star airport hotel, conveniently located near Schiphol Airport and Amsterdam. With 281 comfortable rooms, 19 versatile meeting rooms, and one large ballroom, we host a wide range of conferences, meetings, and international events. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive M&E sales by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and upselling services.
• Conduct and guide site visits for potential clients and guests, showcasing the hotel’s capabilities.
• Plan and coordinate events meticulously, ensuring every detail is accounted for.
• Quickly adapt to last-minute changes, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
• Prepare and maintain pre-event communication with clients and on-site contacts.
• Collaborate with operational departments (Kitchen, F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping) to ensure agreements are executed perfectly.
• Ensure that every client, booker, or guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.
• Manage financial aspects of bookings, including contracts, payments, and commissions.
• Handle problems or complaints alongside the Groups, Meeting & Events Manager, turning challenges into memorable experiences.

What you bring:

• A completed education in hotel/event management at  MBO or HBO level, or related field;
• Preferably experience in M&E sales within the 4- or 5-star hotel industry;
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Fluency in Dutch is preferred and considered a strong advantage;
• You are proficient in Office programs, are comfortable with a PMS system, and can quickly learn new systems;
• Problem-solving skills, the ability to easily make new contacts, a social character, and the ability to work well in a team.
