About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Operations Analyst to join our growing finance team. This role involves close collaboration with various teams across the organization—including Customer Service, Operations, Tech, Payments, Product, and Account Management—as well as with our global client base.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze complex sales and operational reports
  • Perform client account reconciliations
  • Serve as a financial point of contact for clients
  • Lead client meetings and provide training on financial processes and tools
  • Monitor and resolve ongoing financial queries and issues

Requirements

  • Fluent English – must (Italian - an advantage)
  • Advanced Excel skills – must
  • B.A./B.Sc. – required; degree in Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or other quantitative fields – an advantage
  • Previous experience in a finance-related role – an advantage
  • Proficiency in SQL – an advantage
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide clients and resolve issues
