STARTING PAY OF $20.00 – $22.00 PER HOUR + SALES COMMISSIONS – APPLY TODAY!

Green Queen is seeking motivated Pest Control Technicians / Sales Specialist who enjoy working with customers and identifying opportunities to provide effective pest management solutions. This role combines hands-on pest control services with customer education and service recommendations, giving you the opportunity to earn additional income through commissions and customer retention bonuses.

As a Pest Control Technician, you will inspect residential and commercial properties, identify pest issues, recommend treatment solutions, and deliver high-quality service that protects our customers’ homes and businesses. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with customers, building trust, and recommending the right services to solve pest problems.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity and risk factors
• Recommend pest control solutions and preventative treatments based on customer needs
• Perform pest control treatments safely and in compliance with company standards and regulations
• Educate customers on pest prevention strategies and available service options
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or recurring treatment plans
• Build strong relationships with customers to support retention and long-term service agreements
• Maintain equipment and service vehicle readiness for daily operations
• Accurately document services performed and customer recommendations

Requirements

• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to communicate solutions clearly
• Comfort discussing service recommendations and identifying additional customer needs
• Ability to work outdoors and in a variety of environments
• Physically capable of handling equipment and performing service work
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Valid driver’s license required
