AVIR AT TOWN CREEK, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is currently seeking a full time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dedicated in-house therapy team! We see a diverse adult and geriatric rehabilitation population with a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer opportunities for you to create programming in LTC, cognition, fun and creative groups, functional maintenance and many more.  This is a great team of therapists with a wonderful director of rehabilitation. We provide on-going training and career development opportunities as well as career advancement with our growing organization!
