The Role

Crown Sydney is home to a collection of world‑class dining venues, and we are seeking a skilled and motivated full‑time Chef de Partie to join our Events & Conferencing kitchen. In this role, you will work with premium ingredients, support daily kitchen operations, and collaborate with a talented team to deliver high‑quality dishes in a luxury environment. We are looking for someone with strong culinary foundations, a commitment to excellence, and a genuine passion for hospitality to help create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
 

  • Capability to set a leading example and inspire a team of kitchen professionals
  • Assist Senior Chefs in daily food preparation and service, ensuring the maintenance of high and consistent food standards
  • Collaborate in achieving daily financial targets.
  • Follow health and safety protocols, policies, and procedures related to food and workplace safety.
     

About You

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to follow instructions and adapt to competing demands.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable
  • Experience in upscale dining or hospitality establishments.
     

Please note that this role is offered as a 12‑month Max Term Contract.
