Description
The Marketing Campaign Manager will primarily focus on the creation and management of multi-channel marketing campaigns for CU SoCal products and services to reach established goals; it secondarily supports marketing merger projects, website management, and email programs through content writing/editing and production.
Business Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.*
*Based upon business needs, our positions may require working flexible hours.
This position is based in Anaheim Hills, CA with the opportunity to work on a hybrid-remote schedule which consists of 2 days in-office and 3 days working remote from home.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 6+ years of independent multi-channel marketing campaign management, either for a sole product class or multiple products, that included contributing written content and/or production ready design files.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, Project Management Certification or equivalent experience.
Skills and Abilities
- Proficient in all applicable MS Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
- Experience in Marketing copy writing/editing.
- Comprehensive marketing campaign management.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, including working with business unit leaders to align campaign objectives and compliance standards.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure brand consistency.
- Experience in project management preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develops multi-channel marketing campaigns, including planning, production, and tracking results.
- Ability to navigate marketing automation and analytics systems.
- Acts as project manager and copywriter for various initiatives. Demonstrates strong project management skills.
- Creates marketing designs and visual assets.
- Collaborates with business unit leaders to define campaign objectives, goals, value propositions, product or service challenges, competitors, and target audiences to create effective tactical plans for promoting credit union products and services. Works with external vendors as needed for campaign execution.
- Maintains consistent and accurate brand image and messaging across all internal and external channels.
- Ensures all regulatory and compliance requirements are met with our digital campaigns and all web properties.
- Reviews and proofreads marketing content as required.
- Handles merger-related responsibilities as needed.
- Complete understanding and active application the C.A.R.E. 4 Guide expectations and the Brand Communications Standards Accountability Philosophy.
- Must be able and available to work a “hybrid” schedule, per business operations requirement, as needed
- Additional duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
We support Pay Transparency and are a pay-for-performance organization that benchmarks base pay to the 50th percentile of market data.
Pay Scale: Min. $90,568 / Mid. $118,188 / Max. $142,084 per year
*Actual compensation will be based on geographical location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
