Server - Casual Dining

Description

Princess Anne Country Club is currently seeking Servers to work in the Casual Dining, Patio and Pool areas of the club. This is the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to obtain experience in a fun and energetic environment with flexible scheduling. 

This position is responsible for providing food and beverage service to club members and their guests as well as the setting up and breakdown of service and special events. We offer flexible schedules. Our work environment includes growth opportunities and regular social events.

Our beautiful, 105-acre property features an 18-hole golf course, driving range, 11 tennis courts, two pickleball courts, fitness center, casual restaurant, aquatics complex and full-service clubhouse that includes two dining rooms, five event spaces, lounges/locker rooms for ladies and gentlemen, Kids Club 3800 babysitting and The Reef youth lounge.

We value continuing education, cross-training and promoting from within. Cross-training may be available to become a server, bartender, fitness attendant, tennis attendant, babysitter, camp counselor, cook, housekeeper and more!

Our team enjoys two complimentary meals (lunch and dinner) Tuesday through Saturday and lunch on Sundays, as well as two team appreciation socials each year (summer and holiday) and holiday bonuses.

• Exceptional Dining Service: Provide attentive food and beverage service, mastering our menu and daily specials to confidently answer member questions and provide expert recommendations.

• Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all service and kitchen areas, including prompt table clearing, sweeping, mopping, and managing waste removal.

• Teamwork & Support: Demonstrate a collaborative spirit by completing all opening and closing sidework and assisting with the physical setup and breakdown of special events and poolside functions.

• Professionalism & Skills: Exhibit great communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail while multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively under pressure.

• Preferred Qualifications: While we prefer candidates who are 18+ and have prior experience, we value a positive, enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn above all else.
