About the Role
Job Description
Domino's Pizza in Desoto, United States is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 2128 Rock Road location. As a key member of our customer-focused organization, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction.
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food orders over the phone and in person
- Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently
- Prepare high-quality pizzas and other menu items according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Assist with various cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Support other areas of restaurant operations as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Capability to follow directions accurately and efficiently
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate
- Food service industry knowledge, particularly in pizza preparation (training provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
